This Formula is for about 97% of the population--those who have sluggish bowels, do not have a bowel movement for every meal, have hard or sinking stools, or have missed bowel movements in their life. The only people that this formula is not for are those whose bowels are irritated, hot or working too frequently. They should skip to Lower Bowel Formula #2.
